I came for business one night, reserved two rooms one for me and one for my co worker. I was told breakfast included but it wasn’t Staff in the evening are much better than those during the daytime. Rooms were clean and comfortable Elevator takes a long time to arrive.
I wanted to applaud the gentleman who was helping me at the premium client line. He was very kind to me and provided great customer service which I will always remember. I would also like to applaud the two ladies who had bright smiles on the face whenever they greeted me.
All appliances have excellent Energy Star ratings. We offer an optional linen-reuse program and housekeeping service to help defray water use impact to the environment. Low watt fluorescent lighting and light bulbs used throughout hotel.
American a-la-carte breakfast daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a fee. $20/adult $10/children USD
Daily parking is $58 per car/per day. Parking is located a block from the hotel . There are no in and out privileges

My stay was terrific. The staff was so nice and accommodating. My room very clean and comfortable. I would definitely consider this hotel on my next visit to NYC which is next year.
