I have been a guest at your hotel for decades but this trip was not good. Arrived in freezing weather and had to spend the first night in a room without any heat! The dining room needs to go back to being open for breakfast and lunch. I invited guests for lunch and arrived to find the door locked and be told that lunch is no longer served. Also closed on Sunday and Monday and closed for breakfast everyday. That is crazy. The chef you now have is not as good as the one you had before. There was no rice on the menu only potatoes. The cedar plank salmon used to come with an option for rice and the salmon this year which used to be excellent was quite dry.

We had a light out, took bulb to front desk and maint never replaced. Had another bulb that was flickering. Toilet seat was broken. A/C noisy.

We stayed here in October of 2022 while racing at Sebring International Raceway. The room was clean and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast delivery each morning was an excellent touch as well! Highly recommend!

"Lovely View, Nice Hotel, Complimentary Breakfast"

Beautiful lake with lots of birds outside this nicely appointed hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Dogs allowed for a fee but they are not allowed in the hotel’s common areas. Complimentary breakfast, don’t forget to order it every day. I recommend the muffin and yogurt.

Stayed at hotel during hurricane Ian.hotel should have backup generator for electricity. Restaurant closed no food no coffee etc.

The hotel looks great online. They advertised that there was a continental breakfast but, there wasn't. Instead we were given a small biscuit with orange juice in a carton. The balcony was very tiny and was adjacent to three other balconies. The coffee pot didn't work. There were uneven floors and stairs in the hallway making it difficult to get our belongings to the room. We were on the third floor and the only ice machine was on the first floor. The hotel manager was very rude. Needless to say, we checked out as soon as we could.

No hot water bathroom sink. Made reservation over phone told get asrp discount when got their they refused honorit. Hot water reversed in sink Turn on cold hot water side turn on hot got cold water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Last minute for a work event and I was very pleased! The flowers outside are unmatched, the staff were amazing, the food was excellent, it is near anyhting you need and has a small but adequate fitness room!
