Overbooked hotel resulted in getting a different room. Agent credited us resort fee for a night and provided a food+drink credit. Found holes in the wall of the closet and in the grout of the bathroom. While kitchenette (stove, sink, microwave, fridge) was useful, there were not utensils, pots, plates so bring your own if you are using the kitchenette.

My Wife and I never used Housekeeping. We never used the pool, etc. We missed not having Coffee and A Coffeemaker in Our Room. Also the Bathroom Sink didn't drain to well and The Garbage Disposal sounded like it had Metal in it when used once. Everything was Very Clean. We still haven't received Our emailed receipt. The room and daily rate itself are as good as expected for five star in Vegas. But the mandatory fees are like $70 a day. Coffee machine in room is provided with a fee as well. Service is disappointing to me. The hotel room key never worked for parking after paying for it even after two visits to front desks. They accidentally charged $18 for a bag of chips.

If you are looking for a Casino and restaurant do not stay here. Although right across the street is ARIA and we walked over for there for Mother's Day buffet; and for $38 per person I was very impressed with the selection of foods and the quality in addition to the service. Our room at Vdara was clean, thought the power blinds and shades were cool. Our sleeper sofa was broken and the hotel brought up a roll-away bed that was probably more comfortable than the sofa. Did not tour the pool area, although we had a nice view from the room. At check out you will be popped for a $28.00 per day "resort" fee. Why? The 5-star rating needs to be decreased to an average 4-star rating.

This was my 5th time in Vegas in the last 12 months. Every time is just a wonderful experience. I stay at different hotels each visit. I am drawn to rooms with a view. Now I am drawn to rooms with a view of the Bellagio fountain. My first room at Vdara was a corner suite on the 5th floor. The room was the best hotel room I had ever had. The view was lame. I was booked up all day Sunday and did not have a chance to change rooms on Sunday. My travel partner changed rooms for us and we received a room on the 31st floor with a view of the Bellagio fountain. The corner suites are the best I have ever had. I love staying at the City Centre. I love the tram between Bellagio and Monte Carlo Hotel. I loved it all. Thanks to your service for everything.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I stayed there one day after staying at the Bellagio for three days, and this hotel room was way nicer. The only thing I had an issue with was the complimentary parking. It takes way too long to get your car from valet. Other than that, I will be staying there every time I go to Vegas!
