"The worse experience ever."

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.They are very dishonest,the manager in this particular hotel seems to he racist,Doesn’t take your situation into consideration or even try to accommodate you. Like I said I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. My sister,brother and my self had three different rooms and we all had a very bad experience.

"Decent Stay"

Check in was seamless and friendly. Went to the room to change and leave immediately the room was very hit, so we turned the air con dome to 68’ and left. Upon our return 6 hrs later, no change in the room temp. I went down to the front desk and let them know. JANA was o pleasant and apologized and immediately moved us to a better ( and cooler) room. Thx Jana!

"Handicap Room"

I asked for handicap room which we did receive but it had a tub and my husband needs a walk in shower. They were gracious enough and gave us a room with a walk in shower but it had two queen beds instead of a king. I tried to use the telephone but it was not working, the hotel was kind enough to come knocking on our door for a wake up.

Sink was clogged and no one fixed it. No one ever came to clean room or fresh towels and if I have to request it meaning tell you to do your job at 175.00 per night shame on you and I give you a 0 rating 😡.
