That's not a place for visitor from out of state itcould be dangerous.my M/C was charged for a deposit sorry I had to find another venue thanks to a good Samaritan.My first time to Winter Haven and I almost got run overby people who seem to be living in a shelter.Yed it's a shelter that's what it's like people sitting around in the lobby.The receptionist was rather rude so I quickly got out of there. I was so out of place.

Do not even think about this place. I would not let my farm animals stay here. Dirty hotel trash in hallway. People up late making noise. Looks like a bad place to be.

Every time the air conditioner started, cigarette/cigar smoke would enter our room. Not good! My wife has allergies and asthma, two combinations with smoke from outside was the last thing we needed. Also, I use a capacity machine combined with smoke in room; not good. I smelled that smoke until we got home to cleanse the smell out. If they can fix that, this will be a very nice hotel. When you ask for a smoke free room, that's what I/we want.

"Good price and clean"

Reasonably priced. Very clean. Needed a direct TV instruction guide to operate the system. During peak traffic time hotel was difficult to enter. Poor lighting on sides of hotel. Front of hotel very limited parking; too many people double parked. Inconsiderate people checking in need to park and let other cars pass down the single lane in front of hotel. Overall I'm satisfied.
