You seriously need to scrub down the rooms. What looked like Human feces on the bathroom walls? Room smelled bad. Live and dead roaches. Desk clerk was only Nice thing about the place.

The motels computers were down everything had to be hand written. Room on our conformation was not what we got the room had a sweet smell that was overwelming. Will never stay there again.

They tried to mark me as a no show and charged my card in the morning before it was even check in time. They are not accommodating to people with disabilities. The manager is never there and doesn’t handle business. I was told she would call me about my problem. Never heard from her. I had to call corporate which took another two days to get my money refunded. It was one thing that if I actually no showed AFTER the check in time, but I was charged early morning of the day of my check in. Corporate had a hard time understanding that as well. You cannot charge someone when it is not even check in time I was charged out of spite because I called them and wanted to cancel because of all the bad reviews of them being roach infested and bed bug infested. I will never stay at any choice hotel EVER! We went two minutes down the street to holiday inn, where the staff was 10x better than the other place. Do not stay there! They also try to charge you a different price than when you book. They’re unprofessional and are sneaky. Not the way to operate a business.

My company had two workers booked here for five nights. Unfortunately one of them was injured on the job and we had to cut short the stay by one night. I called to ask if I could get a credit for that night towards next week, we would need the room again for a week. Just finding the number to call Hotel Planner was next to impossible, then once I did reach someone she told me I would need a manager and put me on hold three different times where I reached a recording. Finally I called her back yesterday and she took my info and said a manager would be calling me. Which today is the next day and it still hasn't happened. I could see if we were just staying one night and wanted a refund, but we already paid for four nights. Would crediting one night for a full next week be so bad? The lack of concern on a manager's part is well to say the least not good business. Will I use Hotel Planner again. NO absolutely not.

"Safe and clean family environment"

I chose this hotel because it was very close to the State Park where we were heading to spend the Spring Break and, close to other attractions that we wanted to visit. We were concerned of several bad reviews and were extremely surprised to find out that they were not true: dilapidated lobby (it was clean and appealing), dirty rooms (ours was spotless), roaches (we did not see any), etc. We recommend it and will visit again.
