Hi This was a BIG disappointment (and very inconvenient to have to switch hotels)..FIRST THING was the AWFUL wall of cigarette smoke to get to the front desk to check in Then we noticed the interior hallways were dingy and run down (VERY SUB PAR and disappointing) Dirty old carpets chipped paint.) THE ROOM has NO coffee maker, no fridge, no micro and some of the outlets did not work. DEFINITELY NOT worth the "resort fee".. DO NOT RETURN to this over priced dump!

From the time I checked in to the time I left,I was not impressed. First off I booked thru you direct booking and was told all taxes and fee had been paid when I got to the hotel I was charged a resort fee of 90 dollars. Second, the room was not vaccumed or cleaned very well. Third, the hotel was surrounded by drug user and hookers. We will not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to our friends or family.

Check in smooth. Older property but clean/kept up. Has micro/fridge for convenience. Can walk to new Raiders 'Allegiant' Stadium. That was huge bonus. Good location off freeway.

It’s sucked!. Did treat a Vietnam veteran the way I was treated is unforgivable. Every time I turned around you wanted more money. Let me out of my room without talking to me first. So I hope you go under and never to re open. By the way the place is a dump.

"Great customer service, very poor hotel condition and quality."

Front desk customers yet confused, were later helpful in allowing me to stow my bags in the back room while I was early and later when returning before and after checkin and checkout times. I unfortunately have to be brutally honest when saying the hotel room was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The room lacked any good lighting was very dark, as the main center ceiling light was substituted with a makeshift fastened fire alarm. There were no power outlets to charge my phone near the bead. The shower water pressure was too weak, the room had mold and lint on the wall corners, the carpet was torn up and smelt of vomit and mildew in the whole room. the door card keys worked half the time in the worn out door that you could see daylight through all around the frame. The bead had a thin sheet/ blanket and no layers. I declined the WiFi agreement as 18$ per day was too excessive and the app continued to connect and the hotel charged me for two days usage anyways Clearly whoever is reading this will see a lot of problems that need solving.

Hookers outside our window screaming till 3:30 in the morning, dark dingy hotel, no fire detectors illegal, stunk of cigarettes so bad we had a check out a day early.

Too noisy. People yelling in the parking lot all night and security no where to be found. Carpet was filthy. We were also told a price for late check out that was not honored.

after being told on three separate occasions and making two separate reservations for a total of 14 days that we could stay there with our one cat and four dogs ( three of them are emotional support animals and we had documentation as proof) my family and I and our pets made the long drive from two states away to come stay here while we looked for a place to live and my husband worked, well during the check in process I wanted to find out what the total amount would be for the pet fees and when they saw how many pets I had they seemed to almost allow it but then when they found out I had a cat they said no way under no circumstances whatsoever which shocked me as they were listed as "pet friendly" so they told me that we had to go elsewhere and that I would need to get my money back from whoever I made the reservation from but thankfully they have been gracious enough to not charge us a cancelation fee not that they should because I didn't cancel they refused us! And we ended up having to drive two states back to our friends home. So too say the least we won't be going there ever because they don't allow cats. So as for the rooms and the hotel itself I really can't say.

Even though room was clean and well maintained, the carpets were so dirty they turned your feet black and room smelled like an ashtray. We had Hookers knock on the door a couple of times looking for their dates. Making us feel a little uncomfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

The ladies at the counter were very rude. This hotel does not accept registered emotional support animals. They will charge $200 deposit and $20 per night, per pet. Will never stay at a Days Inn again!

Upon check in there was a security guard complaining to the girl at the desk about his job. He went on and on and on. The other girl was on the phone. I finally interrupted and asked to check in. I was a bit concerned about staying at the hotel. It felt a bit shady and the people around shady. Once entering the room we found it to be clean and the bed very comfortable. The complaint about the room was there was one lamp attached to the wall and no other lighting. There were no lamps on the bedside table and only one plug in available to charge our phones and to use my c pap machine. Needless to say, neither phone was fully charged when we left. I must add the bed was very comfortable and I wonder if it was a new mattress. Due to the lack of lighting, outlets and feeling a bit unsafe we will no stay there again. One other thing. No one told us there was a $100 deposit when we paid the resort fee. That was a surprise on our bank account. The girl must of still been thinking about the complaining security guard.

Making my reservation through, what I thought was a Days Inn site, I was telephonically forwarded to some booking site. When I asked the receptionist at the Days Inn, I was told I would not receive Wyndham points because I did not directly book through Days Inn. I just booked three other Days Inn visits (Panguitch, Torrey and Moab) the past few days of our trip. How did this happen that the Wild West Days Inn was different? I have always stayed at Days Inn and was truly disappointed by this deceptive booking site. And no coffee maker in the room. We didn’t want to leave the hotel room due to the Caronavirus situation.
